Panda Software International S.L., (hereinafter Panda Software), with registered offices at Buenos Aires 12, Bilbao (Spain), for notification purposes, with VAT number B- 48435218, registered in the Mercantile Register of Bilbao, Tome BI-59, Book 134, Sheet BI-767-B, 1st inscription, and owner of pandasoftware.com, duly registered in the Mercantile Register of Bilbao.

2. USERS: Those accessing and/or using the website accept the status of User and as such accept the conditions of the present Legal Notice. These conditions will apply independently of the obligation to fulfill any General Contractual Conditions that may apply.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL: The website enables the User to access information and services (hereinafter, "the contents") belonging to PANDA SOFTWARE.
